TAIN Constructions, a Pune-based real estate group, has developed a unique one-stop portal which allows a buyer to not only search for an apartment, but also customise it and make payments online.
The company Yves Saint Laurent Shoes claimed that it is the first-of-its-kind approach by any real estate company in the country. Called tain-con.com, it is a portal dedicated to a single project wherein buyers can see an apartment, make changes inside the structure, get price estimates and also make instant payment," TAIN Constructions CEO Tanveer Inamdar said. The company is coming up with a 650- apartment project - TAIN Square - at Fatimanagar, a part of which is already operational.
"The trans-active website is the one-point contact for investors and customers with complete Yves Saint Laurent Shoes transparency and cuts down on the hassles and time taken in property purchase," he said.
Currently the plan is available only for TAIN Square. Asked if the company is interested in extending the service to other real estate developers, Inamdar said a decision would be taken soon. The firm plans to introduce the scheme for its projects in Goa, Nashik, Kolhapur and Belgaum.
