Now, buy ration on all days of

People would now be able to get ration from the fair price shops on all days of a month. Earlier the state government had instructed authorised dealers across Rajasthan to distribute ration from the 15th to 21st day of every month.

As a petition was moved before the high court challenging the new arrangement, the state government clarified that its order did not prevent consumers from seeking ration on remaining days of the month.

In its reply to the high court, the government stated that while its officials would be available only Manolo blahnik from 15th to 21st to check irregularities in ration distribution, the residents were free to buy ration on remaining days as usual.

Relying on the assurance of the government, the single bench of justice Mohammad Rafiq disposed of the petition filed by Hanif Mohammed and others through their lawyer Rajendra Manolo blahnik Sharma.

Quoting a Supreme Court order of May 8, 2002, the petitioners demanded that essential commodities should be provided through the public distribution system all through the month, instead of selling them only during a particular period.

As per the government submission before the court, dealers would be bound to distribute wheat, sugar and kerosene to BPLs and other consumers throughout the month.
