Circus dress code

Long Sutton parish church and school fete is on Saturday with a circus theme.

Visitors are encouraged to dress up for the event which starts at 2pm on the school playing fields.

Friends of Long Sutton Church will put on display a replica Spitfire cockpit to coincide with the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, and a Fake IWC Aquatimer Green Goddess fire engine will be on hand to wow the crowds.

There will also be stalls selling books, cakes, plants, bric-a- brac and raffle as well as fancy dress and circus skills competitions.
