UP FOR IT: Braintree Cricket Club youngsters celebrate their award IN A bid to encourage more youngsters to take up playing cricket the Braintree Cricket Club has been given a Pounds 500 donation from the MARS Refuel Drink Fund which will go towards new training equipment at the club.

Steve Hale, club chairman said: "Our training sessions are not solely about cricket, we have a huge focus on keeping fit.

"The donation from the MARS Refuel Drink Fund means we can buy some fantastic equipment, such as resistance parachutes, that are specifically designed to make fitness training fun," Christian louboutin shoes he explained.

"We've had an eye on this equipment for a long time. Receiving the funding means we can buy it and keep all our members playing for longer and with the cricket season now underway the timing couldn't be better."
