Newest Partner will Anchor PCT Law Group鈥檚 New South Florida Office

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- PCT Law Group, PLLC, the fastest growing minority-owned law firm in the nation, with offices in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia, announced today that Dominique T. March has joined the firm as Managing Tory Burch Partner of its new Boca Raton, Florida, office. Ms. March will focus her practice on corporate, employment law and employment litigation.

Ms. March has extensive experience representing employers of all sizes in both the private and public sectors. She is a keen advocate of developing preventive strategies to address and reduce employer exposure to employment lawsuits. She also promotes the design and use of tailored compliance programs that reduce employee issues. In addition, she has litigated the enforcement of non-competition agreements and issues arising under federal employment laws, including Title VII, FLSA and FMLA.

Prior to joining PCT Law Group, Ms. March was Of Counsel to Jackson Lewis LLP. She was also in-house counsel for Coverall Health-Based Cleaning Systems 鈥?a privately held franchising company headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, an assistant college counsel for Miami Dade College and practiced NFL jerseys law at Greenberg Traurig LLP and Steel Hector & Davis, in Miami Florida. 鈥淚 am extremely excited to join PCT Law Group and look forward to building the PCT庐 brand throughout South Florida,鈥?said Ms. March.
