Perhaps you heard about Benchwarmers, the Hootersesque sports bar that was supposed to take over the space formerly occupied by O'Charley's and Meaux Dad's in Fayetteville, just in time for football season?

It seems any plans involving the Colorado-based Benchwarmers' expansion--its website promoted another location in Fort Smith and two in Little Rock--have been put on ice due Balenciaga to CEO Kevin Foote being sent to the slammer.
BalenciagaAccording to the Boulder County Daily Camera, Foote was arrested July 28 on suspicion of violating parole and remained in jail as of Ugg Sale press time. Foote's criminal history apparently includes fraud, larceny, etc.
