Auditions for 'Nutcracker' sch

POCATELLO --Area-wide auditions for the Rotary Club of Pocatello's 2010 Performances of "The Nutcracker" Ballet will be held on Saturday, Sept. 25, at the Brindusa-Moore Ballet Academy Studios, 150 S. Arthur Ave., Suite 102 in Pocatello (Lewis Street entrance).

Registration for each group will begin 30 minutes before the scheduled audition. Audition times are: Ages 6-8 , 9:15-10 a.m. for parts as Cherubs and Chefs; ages 9-12 , 10:30-11 :30 a.m. for Manolo blahnik parts as Mice, Angels, NFL jerseys Soldiers, Party Children and Gingersnaps (for ages 11-12 , previous pointe NFL jerseys experience required, so please bring pointe shoes); and ages 13 and older, 12 p.m.-1 p.m. for parts in Waltz of the Flowers and Snow (intermediate-to-advanced pointe experience required, so please bring pointe shoes).
